Milo's Mission was founded to offer therapeutic services in diverse settings, transcending traditional office boundaries. Our aim is to empower clients with essential skills, foster self-awareness, and instill hope and healing amidst life's most challenging moments.

Our goal is to meet the psychosocial needs of individuals who struggle with mental and/or physical health diagnoses. We have created an atmosphere that is free of stigma and bias, in order to provide
accessible services for individuals who need it the most.
We are saving people and rescuing animals. Our animals are rescues that have been given a second chance and forever home.
Experience and Professionalism
Founder and CEO, Lillian Dugan, was put on a pony before she could walk. She is a lifelong horse woman and owner, as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and is able to see clients both in the office and in the barn.
Who is Milo?
Milo, the cherished thoroughbred of the Founder/CEO, came into Lillian's life in 2008 at the age of five, and they've been inseparable ever since.
Milo inspired the creation of this business, being a constant source of love, happiness, and hope. We aspire for everyone in our practice to experience the same joy Lillian feels when she is with Milo.
